• Google Cloud (Firestore): stores form submissions. Data is held in Google's infrastructure.
• Brevo: sends transactional email, including notifications and replies relating to your enquiry.
• HubSpot: our CRM. Contact details from forms are recorded here so we can follow up.
• Professional advisers (such as lawyers and accountants) where genuinely necessary.
• Law enforcement or regulators where we are legally required to disclose.

If you become a client, we may also be given access to platforms you own, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile or advertising accounts. Those accounts remain yours, and access is returned or revoked when the engagement ends.

Forms on This Site

There are two places you can submit information to us:

• Contact form: name, business name, email, phone, website and anything you write in the message field.
• AI SEO Visibility Check: name, business name, business email, website, phone and the city or market you compete in. We use these to run the check and to send you the findings.

Both are used to respond to you and, where relevant, to carry out work you have asked for. We do not add you to unrelated marketing lists on the basis of either submission.

How Long We Keep It

Enquiry and visibility check records are retained while there is a live conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can pick up where we left off if you return. Client records are retained for the duration of the engagement and then for as long as tax and legal obligations require. You can ask us to delete your information at any point, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
